They make permanent high viscosity inks for silk screening. That’s what I use for my logo on bows. Has to be thick enough to not run back under the stencil.

Show us a picture of your logo on a bow. :)

Mine is not a silkscreen, but uses the same method. I cut my own stencils and use a bristle brush to apply the ink. Also tried using a brand in the beginning, a carry over from my furniture building days, but it is too dicey to apply reliably on risers.

That looks pretty crisp onetone   Is it a stylized snake?

Those are some good looking risers too!

The ink or paint that you guys are using must be thick not to bleed. Does it sit noticeably proud of the surface?

Yeah the ink I use is thick and will not flow at all. Does stand a bit proud when the contact sheet is removed and has some texture to it from the bristle brush. I like the brushed texture that is why I use a brush and not squeegee. As I apply coats of finish I very lightly sand the edges of the logo with 600# paper. When it is done there is some just detectable texture remaining. But no edges that can be felt.

Thanks for the thumbs up guys.

It's on the first page, Acrylic paint from Walmart, it's thick.
You need  to mixed it with water for painting art work.
