Brace height for Kodiak Special?
« on: June 25, 2022, 09:31:14 AM »
A friend asked me to teach him to shoot. I have an old hand-me-down 48# 66" Kodiak Special that I shot as a kid. In those days, I had no clue about brace height. I was given the bow with a string and I just strung it and shot it.
I'd like to get it shooting properly for my friend. What's the recommended range for brace height on these?
Thank you in advance.
Oh, I assume 63 inches is the proper string length, correct?

Glad you asked this.  I was out shooting mine yesterday after I made a string for it and was wondering about brace height.  I think I’m gonna shoot mine in some 3D this year.  ><> del
