Trad bow Hunter of Georgia banquet

Great time at the TBG annual banquet last evening. Saw a bunch of folks that I haven’t seen in a spell.  Also met some new ones who knew me from this site.  Great prize in the raffle, just a good time all around !!  :campfire: :notworthy:

I really use to enjoy going to those, they were a lot of fun for sure. But in 2008 when I knew my dad had issues trying to run his part of our buisness.  I knew he had early stages of Alzheimers like his mother did, and I had to cut back on a lot of things for several reasons regarding that. Haven't been to a PBS gathering either since then. I miss those as well.

i'm a Life member, but haven't been in awhile.  i used to get emails with their magazine back in the day but nothing recently with a schedule of events, etc.   Got to hear a lot of great speakers thru the years and won some really great stuff at the raffles.

They are fun. I never win any raffles, but it is nice to see everyone. I did win a pair of wool socks last time and I thought, “Aw shoot, socks…”, but they have been the best pair I have ever had.  :biglaugh:

Randy,

Private message me your email and I'll be sure you get the newsletters. Our calendar is right up front in each issue. We've probably got a bad email address for you, so let's get it straightened out.
