13 dollars brand new!
these are my cousins, they were his uncles.  and we were just curious, and a broadhead made with plastic ferrel.

Cool find, I aquired some old Herters farbenglass arrows with their broadheads on them. 2 of the four had bend heads. Not bad but clearly not strong steel.

I had 2 boxes similar I posted on the vintage classifieds.  No one was interested.  I finally marked them as sold so Terry could remove the post. I think they deserve to be in a museum - they are in my basement museum for now

The broad heads appear to be Hilbre's, worst design ever!!
The blade material was way to thin and the plastic body was too weak.
Over the years (way back) I found 2 of those broad heads in deer, curled up like an old sardine can top.
They should of outlawed those things!!!

yep , the blade was thin and flimsy. i could bend it with my fingers.
