I can’t help with the sanding drums, but I get my ca glue from this place:

They carry starbond glues including black. Best prices that I could find.

I haven’t found any good source of good quality sanding drums here in Canada, so I use Kingsport out of the US. You have to pay some shipping, but the prices and quality are very good, and service is excellent.
For the black CA glue, its listed in amazon.ca, or go to the website for CECCORP , they are Canadian, and sell an excellent black wood CA glue, shipping is free in Canada and US.

Noah

Great western saw has them here locally in Saskatoon.
They come in 2 packs for under 8$.
They are king Canada brand I do believe ,
  I think I bought 3x4 1/2and 2.5 x4 1/2 and I n 60!and 120 .
They do fit very tight on my spindle though

I really like having 36 grit sleeves for roughing out a grip shape. Some of these hardwoods are like grinding concrete, and mixing them with G-10 doesn’t help.

I couldn’t find the 36 grit anywhere in stock, and could only get them by special ordering a box of 50 at super grit. I ordered the Zirconium because they clean up better and last longer. It was a bit more than I wanted to invest in sand paper, but I think I’m set for 5-6 years now….

The 36 grit cut quickly with minimal pressure on your spindle sander. The only down side is that you need to use 60 grit to remove the deep scratches before finish sanding.    Kirk

i modified my Canadian tire spindle sander into a template sander.
i opted on the 2" drum, as that was the most versatile for all radii in my risers.
just purchased two packs of 10 sleeves to fit the 2"x 4 1/2" drum.
they were  about 11 usd per pack of 10.
i scoured the internet for a suitable source, this was the best option in the end.

here is the details from my invoice, you can select different sizes and grits.
i opted for the 50 gr but they had 36 as well
