Waterproofing Spray For A Backpack?
« on: June 05, 2023, 12:27:15 PM »
I have a cloth hunting pack I'd like to spray so it will be water resistant in the fall. I know of Camp Dry and Scotchguard, any other recomendations?

Contractor bags or heavy duty garbage bags work well as pack liners.

Not denim nor brown duck probably some kind of plyester cotton blend. Not fleece. A soft flexible fabric with a little napp kind of like a fleece just not nearly as thick.

Nikwax is good stuff. I’ve been impressed with the performance on rain flies and rain jackets.
