Is it possible to shoot a bow that's tillered 3 under with split fingers?

Yes, my one bow, a custom Vintage Works bow, I had tillered for 3 under or even tiller. But, just never went back to 3 under. I just had to adjust nock height differently than other bows.

I shot a Fedora 560 one piece lights out tillered for 3 under.  Never changed anything....

Shot it split and it drove tacks!!!

One of the many bows I wish I owned.... a Fedora a 60" 560 with a Dacron string.  A recurve with selfbow silence.
