Old bow identification help…1950’s ROOT maybe?

Howdy all, I’m posting to see if anyone can help me identify an old bow I picked up. I initially didn’t care what it was, but after shooting it all summer, I’ve come to realize this bow is awesome, and now I’m interested in finding out who made it? The bow is AMO 68”. Draws about 30#’s @28”, and is a forward riser/rear limb design. Any informative posts will be much appreciated, thanks!

I would say not a Root. It does look quite a bit like an early 1960's American Archery Amarco Special.

Yeah, the only reason I guessed Root is because the butchers block handle looks similar to this picture I found while searching. But the fact that mine is a recurve and ambidextrous, has me a bit stumped. Thanks for your input!

Given the lack of any id info & the use of those belly-side over the glass handle lams
could it be a Bingham kit.
They did a 68" model in '71 & I'm sure in earlier years which this shape is more like.
As a kit the person finishing could've done the twin shelves or perhaps there was a model already like this to finish?
