Problems with Tradgang

Is anyone still having problems? It’s taking a long time to open any thread or to go to different forums. Mostly in the morning for some reason. Then it will work as normal for a while. Could it be my somewhat older ipad?

It varies. Sometimes it works fast as white lightning, other times...

Usually, get in OK.  Opening threads can be slow and somethings I have to log back in.  Haven't tried posting pics.

On web browser, times out trying to connect. Reload one or two times to finally connect. Takes a while to get into a topic, or even to get to the reply page.

Well shoot! After making my previous post, I was having slow page loads, slow to load images and time-outs. Took a break for 15 mins or so, and now everthing loads quickly!

Like I said before, we ain't out of the woods yet. Right now it works lickety-split, but that's after giving up and visiting a bunch of other forums while I waited for things to improve. Sometimes 10 or 15 minutes is all you need. Other times, better to check back in the next day.

Sorry. My posts weren't to complain,. They were just to give the management clues based on the problems I was experiencing which might help them resolve the issue.

Still very slow here as well. It generally times out twice before loading, then it loads things fine for about 30 seconds - 1 minute. Then it's right back to slow again.

Hitting refresh takes a bit, usually have to log back once or twice a day.  Not the only Bow site that is having problems.

Not complaining, Dale...just a field report that it's still problematic. These things can be a real bugger to track down.

I have a crazy hunch while things are going haywire. I will be talking to Rob this afternoon.

I clicked off guest access to the forum. As the number had tripled seemingly overnight and has stayed that way for 3 weeks. We have always had a lot of guest viewers. However, it automatically went to 3 times as many. And since then the issues seem to have occurred.

I will turn on guests viewing tomorrow around 12 noon and let's see what happens.

Since I have now cut off guest viewing. Please report how your speed time is doing.

It’s much better right now. While going from thread to thread, it will be instant a lot of the time and then it will take a few seconds to open one. Nothing to complain about though.
