Was wondering if they are still in business I can't seem to locate a way to order a long coat.

Yes, Jerry passed away. His daughter didn’t keep up the business. I don’t know if they really recovered from the fire that burned them out some years back? One of those CA. brush fires you read about.

Get lucky and find a used one, buy or build a ghillie suit or buy a decent leafy suit from someone like North Mountain.

I have the full get up from them.  Long coat, gaiters, face covering, and boonie hat.  I don't find myself hunting in it as often as I thought I would. but they are very well made.  This year I slapped it on for Halloween to hand out candy to the kiddos in.  That was fun.  I got a lot of entertaining responses from it

I'm sorry to hear that Jerry passed away.  He and my dad were hunting partners long ago, and my mom talked to me about him coming over for dinner when I was a toddler and way too young to remember.  Among other things, he was known for taking "the shot", some long shot up a hill at an unreal distance, and he nailed a goat.  There was a memorable magazine article about it, but I haven't seen it for years.
Life is a whole lot easier when you just plow around the stump.
