Laredo Tusk Roundup 24 ‘HERE WE GO’

The gangs all here. The weather is cold and wet. High today mid 40’s yikes! Been out a couple times scouting and corning with a few sightings but no real hunting yet till then rain moves out.  But no worries…. Good food, good fellowship and some good bourbon gets us ready for tomorrow.  More to come….

Close encounters this evening for Flingblade and KAZ despite the rain and cold.  Tomorrow afternoon is going to be good.  Stay tuned!!

One down today!! Rocky gotta nice one.  Several sightings of medium groups.  Couple close calls along the way.  Tomorrow looks like perfect weather so more updates then…

Some close calls today.  Several guys got close to Javi and hogs but no dice.  Kind of a swirling wind day didn’t do any favors.  Kaz had a great late dusk stalk on a chubby a big ole Javi but not quite right.  Then coming out he nearly came face to face with a big hog but the forehead shot wasn’t ideal. 
We’ll be back at it tomorrow!

Joe and I just got back from pre corning our wagon wheel on the other property across the road that nobody has javie hunted in years and we was 16 javies.

All other hunter are still out doing the same on the spots Joe and I scouted this morning.

Since we have no idea what areas will be better than others. We just found wagon wheels for everyone and name them. And everyone drew a name out of a hat.

Things look promising for the start tomorrow. New property,  new adventure. :campfire:
