Stick Glue for points

Can't find the hot melt I got from 3rivers.  Can I use regular craft stick glue?

I have been using the glue from Kustom King that comes in the shape of a candle and that is by far the best glue I have used bar none.  If you do use regular hot melt try to get the high temp stuff seems to be a little better and you won't leave so many points in your target.

There are different grades of the craft glue. I tried some once with very poor results. Go to Lowe's or Home Depot, etc. and get some commercial glue sticks. They are cheap, and work well.
