Yet another example of how much we are all Very much alike, yet Very different
It's a personal choice with NO one size fits all answer....and that is ok.
If your asking for thoughts-opinions-preferences ......based on personal experiences.
.....having used about every style quiver made over a lot of seasons/years/decades from bow quivers , hip quivers , back quivers , and my own designed back worn side draw ......I just 100% prefer a NON bow quiver .
I find they (bow quivers) take away from the lightness & simplicity of a well designed Longbow.
I don't like the extra flashiness-bulk-weight of arrows-fletching and quiver attached to my light and nimble bow ....I don't like the added size/mass on my bow to navigate through the stuff I navigate hunting.
Though I am very aware the bow quiver works near perfectly for many an archer/bowhunter...Just not for me. I prefer a well designed back worn/side draw quiver for all aspects of my shooting. Be it a Rove , back yard repetitions , and most importantly Bowhunting in all types of terrian/conditions........
If you have been at this for a good while , you will likely collect a wide assortment of various styles of quivers .....
Some will like and utilize many of those for various situations....some will choose one and run..... but you owe it to yourself to give all the wonderful choices we have in design a good honest try. You might just find the one that fits you and your style the best !
