I know about that date code, but good grief if I should order every few weeks from USA and the shipping is about the same price as the glue itself, I would be ruined. I thought they said shelf life was two years in unopened cans. I use it up to two years after the specified date code. On things that are not highly stressed, like bow limbs, I have used it longer.

I dunno but I just used some I last bought about 3 years agony hat I popped open last Julyamd has been living in the garage. It seems like it set up well and is plenty strong. I’ll know for sure when I got to bend it.i still need to finish cleaning up and shaping.

You might want to think seriously about empty caulking tubes. It eliminates all the air, and is much cheaper than Argon gas.   Kirk

Two years is what my previous supplier told me. But obviously not...

Year or so ago she said they just extended to two years, but I reckon their website should show it if so??  :dunno:
Stay sharp, Kenny.

Honestly I really can’t speak for longevity much because I go though so much of it. I burn through about 4 gallons a year or more….

But what I really like about the caulking tube system is there is no contamination with dust particles every time you open a can.  It’s also a great dispenser that is easily controlled for your 2:1 mix ratio going right into your mixing cup.

The only thing you have to watch out for is the temp you store your full tubes. 40-50 degrees or colder and that stuff stiffens up a lot. I keep the tubes I’m using in the heated spray booth in winter, as well as the other full ones not being used. 65 degrees is perfect.      Kirk
