ILF limbs for under $200
« on: April 07, 2024, 09:55:56 AM »
Just wondering what everyone’s opinion on the best ILF limbs for under $200 for hunting? Speed and quietness. Thanks

I haven’t monkeyed with a bunch of llimbs, but for just over 200 (free shipping, so probably same price as legit 200 limbs with shipping) Nika N3s are impressive. I bought the longs at 50 lbs and get 60 out of them on a 19 inch riser with 29 inch draw.  My only gripe is the tiny tips make using a tip to tip stringer pretty much impossible, I have to use the rubber block type stringer.

Haven't messed with ILF, but may start looking for one to borrow for trial and who knows.

I like Das Bamboo, BlackMax 2.0, and Nika C1 for sub 200$ limbs.

I'll second those TopArchery limbs. I watched a review of them by Jeff Philips on YouTube the other day, then ordered a pair off Amazon. Carbon core sandwiched by bamboo lams, with wood grain colored glass. Sharp looking. Well, I've been shooting them for two days and I am very impressed so far.

Thanks for the post on Toparchery ILF limbs. I have way too many great bows...but I needed a set of cheap ILF low weight limbs for a lady friend of my wife who shoots LH. So I was able to pick up a nice outfit for her very inexpensively. The Toparchery ILF limbs are actually quite nice for the price...tippit

BlackMax or BearPaw.  I still have a set of  BearPaw that I picked up for shoulder rehab two years ago.  I was not able to shoot my Max6 or Border Covert Hunter for a while due to the draw cycle.  But the BearPaws were pretty smooth without the front end load of the others.  Really quiet.

Nika C2's are excellent limbs, made to last and very quiet.
