Proverbs 27:17 reads:
"As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another."
I think about his with every cross I forge!
Once I open the cross, I hot cut the top to match the sides.
Then I will give it a wood texture with my cross peen hammer on the anvil and finish texturing on a piece of wood.
When I finish the forging, they get cleaned up with a file to remove the sharps and I give them a quick buff.
I will heat them when I'm done and give them a coat of carnauba wax.
Enjoy!
