I received the quiver and I'm impressed at 1st sight!!!!!!  This is a beautiful piece of equipment.  The Pic of the OP is NOT representative. This quiver looks rich.

It's pouring down rain here at the moment, so I'll get pics and post more tomorrow after I try it out a bit in the back yard.....

Sorry for the hazy pics above, my camera on my phone was out of whack.  Adjusted the settings.  So, here's a better representation of the true color and richness.

Yep, that's a looker for sure.  I bet it's a lot quieter than those covered in a cordura type fabric. Thanks.

Well dang… I didn’t need a new side quiver, but after seeing those pictures… there’s going to be a box from 3Rivers heading my way soon!

Wow, those 2nd set of pictures are great.  I agree, nice to see a non-camo ridged tube quiver.  The price certainly looks fair.
Get bamboo.

Thanks, and I have to agree, the color is fabulous.  I also like the pocket as it looks perfect for half day trips. Extra glove or tab, string, knife, small flashlight, file, and flagging tape?  Would those fit you think?

Terry did not steer me wrong!  This quiver exceeded my expectations. For anyone interested in a side quiver, rest assumed that this one is worth it.

Tried many times to adjust to a bow mounted setup but my style of hunting

Michpatriot, please tell us your style of hunting so we can better use our side quivers.

Thanks,

Arrived a few minutes ago. Every bit the great quality Terry said it was. Swallows my arrows and leaves nothing sticking out. Roomy and quiet. Lots of adjustment on straps etc. Spacious pocket.

I got one of these for Christmas from my daughter. I give it 4.5 out of 5 stars. It is pretty well made and looks and feels great. I used it the last couple of days hunting and the best part is that it it is quiet and it holds arrows very well. The side pocket has a quality, plastic, quiet zipper and is a good size. I was able to carry a 10 inch folding saw and several other items easily. It is placed low enough on the quiver to keep it balanced properly. The tube has good rigidity and the side hole is properly sized and placed for quick and smooth arrow drawing. The carry strap feels nice and is comfortable with great adjustability. The D rings and swivel clips are plastic. The D rings should be pretty durable as they feel more like polymer. The swivel clips feel more plastic-like and will eventually break. The advantage of plastic is it is quiet and doesn't rust. The swivel clip should be fairly easy to replace. Now the reason for the half star that is missing. When I got mine, the plastic pinch release buckle that keeps you from loosing the rain hood was already broken. I thought about calling 3Rivers to have them send me a new one, but when looking at it, it was obvious that it is of such low quality and flimsy that it would just break again. So I decided to look for a better replacement/repair. The problem is that the leather loops to attach each end of the buckle are sewn shut. I bought a 3/4 inch "Sea to Summit Field Repair Buckle" off Amazon that has removable screw in pins and fixed it in about 5 minutes. I just snapped and broke the original buckle to get it out. So if you are looking for a quality fix for that, I suggest the repair buckle. You might even just consider replacing it before it breaks on you. While using the quiver the last few days, it has been fantastic. I highly recommend  if you're in the market for one that won't break the bank.

Thanks for the update.  Funny, I ended up receiving 2 hoods.  :dunno:
