I received some awesome toys, recently, from a few amazing guys: A Centaur Super Curve from Jim; a Selway quiver from Drew; a Trad Tracker from Norm. The bow's riser is mainly purplish/pink (acrylic scales) and is 48#@ 28". It really spits an arrow. Jim completely nailed what I was looking for, and he was a pleasure to work with, as always. The following is a little of the "Why" behind the purchases.
To honor my daughter, Stefanie (aka-Boog), I decided to get a purple and pink bow. These were Stef's favorite colors. Stef was born way back in '82. She was a gift from God, and came into the world with many issues. My wife and I were told she wouldn't live for more than a year. Well, she "fooled" them! She lived 32+ years, and during that time, she LIVED, even though she was in a wheel chair. She loved people, the outdoors, especially fishing, gardening, and so much more! Oh yeah--Backstraps and Blue Gills were her favorite meal. Set the hook, Boog!
