I use the double-pouch stringer that Black Widow sells.  I've used it on bows up to 80# since 2006, with my feet shoulder-width apart, and never had a problem.  Never have had to adjust the length of the stringer...?   I use the same stringer for my 52" bow as I do for my 66" bow.  I've never tried the ones that have only one pouch.
Life is a whole lot easier when you just plow around the stump.
