There is a reason why the little side blades on the Delta-4-blades are called "Bleeder Blades'

Iowa.  Difficult to say if the ozcut sharpener is the same.  The angle looks steeper to me.  Regardless, they seem to be offering only one block of a single grit.  You would still need to work down the tip with a file before going to the block, and depending on the coarseness of the grit, it could take quite a while to true the entire bevel.  Looks like it's made more for touching up heads.

Yeah that’s what I was thinkin. I’m in on a bid on the auction site for a Tru Angle. If that falls thru I’ll see if I can make it myself

I just got off the phone with Cacciatore from Italy.  Great conversation but we had to cut it short.  So, I wasn't able to get his recipe for Veal Francese, my favorite Italian dish. Maybe we can share a camp sometime and he can share then.  :campfire:
