“Arrow - Fix” tool

Good afternoon, has anyone had experience with a tool to repair arrow’s. I purchase a tool called “Arrow-fix” tool. I paid 180.00 for this tool and had no luck repairing my arrows. The diameter of the two shaft are within.002. I sent it back to the owner of the company to help me out. He sent it back to me and said nothing wrong with it.
