Saxon longbows brace height

Do any of you remember what the brace height for a 62" saxon hawk longbow should be and most important were you measuring from deepest part of grip or shelf ,, remember the hawks had that set back riser that came back towards the string

one of Randys dealers got back and if anyone ever finds this thread in a search the brace was 7 1/4" +l-,,,, this Gentleman recommended dropping a 1/4 in very cold weather which is an old school trick many did and I still do for when wearing all those extra layers which caused you to short draw a tad...

I had a 66 inch Hawk and was at 6 and 3/4.

Did you just get the bow?Their gorgous bows!

I just got this one off one of his old dealers 62" 44@28
