So leave an extra 1/32” on the patterns for smooth sanding? Would the course grit be good for glue adhesion?
Used for footing patterns the 36 grit doesn’t need any finish sanding before lay up at all. It provides great toothing for laminations. But using them for grip shaping, it cuts much faster , bit it helps to drop a 50 grit sleeve on it to get those deep scratches knocked down before going to the palm sander with 80 grit.
