They are great people to deal with and great gloves. I really like the nylon inserts as they keep the glove from getting string grooves. I have had mine for a few years and couldn’t be happier. I first bought the Big Shot glove then a Kangaroo Crossover to deal with nerve damage I had in my string fingers. The gloves are thinner than they look in pictures, in the pictures they look bulkier. After a few months I bought a second of each.
Although they are pricey they are worth it. I probably bought a dozen other gloves trying to find the right glove for me.
