« on: June 02, 2008, 02:26:00 AM »
Well!!!!

It only went for about half of what it's worth, and I can't tell you how excited I am to read the news!!!!

Oh yeah!!!

I feel there is going to be a Widow up for sale in the classifieds real soon.

Mr. Lamb!!!!  65@30", 65@30", 65@30"!!!!!!

I don't know how many followed the thread in the auction, but I did end up cathing cathing a 20" rainbow! That takes a 2nd seat to the fact I get a Sunbear made to my specs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did I mention how excited I am!!!! Holy WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Speachless!!!!!!!!!!

Holy Dogsnot!!!!!!!!!!!

If ya'll will excuse me, I'm going to try my hardest to go do some back hand-springs accorss the back yard!!!!!!!

YES!!!!!

Congrats...

It seems like a fine arrow flinging instrument... and then there's he mojo of the esteemed feller crafting it, but the real mojo comes from the fact that every penny that it cost you, goes to helping those innocent children...

Now thats some real mojo you can enjoy

Glad it worked out for you. Very nice bidding. You and the kids are both winners here.

Charlie made himself a bow last winter - said it was many years since he had done so. He tweaked his design slightly. He brought it along on the TX Sweat hunt and I had the pleasure to take a couple shots with it at the target range. I can assure you this is not just a piece of collectible art but as nice a bow as you ever drew. Congratulations! and well done sir for the kiddies.

Dang you have Charlie so excited he double posted!

Since my family already has the honor of owning a Sunbear recurve I went after the selfbow.

Too bad I miscalculated the time difference and was an hour late to put in my final bid.

But both of Charlie's bows went to some awesome folks that will give them a good home and plenty of walks in the woods.

Congrats again!

Thank you all so much for sharing my excitment, and your wonderfull comments.

I'm still stoked about it.

Thank you, Mr. Charlie for donating it! I decided I like the one on the left (In the photo) better. It kinda grew on me.

Take care,

Todd
