Our strategy is to gather as much capital (for the kids!) as we can.

Today is the day everyone. If you have been waffling up to now, or have lost out on bids in the other auctions, now is the time to step up to the plate.  Help put MK, LLC out of reach, and keep the cookies for our loyal shareholders!  :notworthy:  

Can we reach $3,000?  :pray:

By the way Mr Banker, are you aware that an LLC cannot have a C.F.O or C.E.O.?
Those are reserved for C corporations and S corporations. I submit you guys are an illegal entity!!

And Mr. Biggie, I don't know a thinkg about Georgia laws.  Our LLC was registered under an obcure provision of Pennsylvania law passed to help the Hershey Chocolate factory increase chocholate chip production.  

Have your lawyers contact our lawyers.   ;)   This thing will be tied up in court for years, and by then the cookies will be ours!  :readit:

Next their only gonna wanna count Florida's and Michigan's share holders as only owning 1/2 share.
