Sounds like you done good.  You did forget to tell him how to program it though.  Most come with the whitetail mojo only.  You have to specify for any others.  :)

Did you give them my address to ship it to, LOL? Sounds like a perfect combo to me, I can't think of anything I'd add, other than one of those silver inlays.

Lol Kevin - NO!  I did have to call back though because it just dawned on me that I forgot to specify the bow's name.

I went with... Chili Maker

Heh that's a fine question.  Weirdly, I'm shooting my Damon Howatt better than ever at the moment.

Have you shot a 66" Hill with a 29" draw before? If you haven't it might be a little short for ya, but other than that sounds like a beauty! Thank goodness those Hills have such killer handshock     or else you would be waiting about a year for that bow LOL!!! Good luck and enjoy!

Irish Archer - yes sir.   Four or five weeks.   Which one did you order?

SpankyNeal - I haven't but 29" is just about right for my draw and 66" seemed to me to be a pretty standard longbow size.  Are you thinking 70" or so would have been better?  Honestly, I flirted with the notion of getting one more nearly my hight (6'4") but I hunt in bushy, treeful central Ohio and may need to take a shot some time.  :-p

Kahn, With money being what it is right now for me, and me wanting a bow to hunt from the ground with, I went with the Bobcat. It's a 60" only model. Wasn't my first choice but it's what I can afford right now. Yew limbs, bocote back, gaboon ebony riser and tips, 45@28". If I like it, I'll save for another later. Are you a member of any of the central Ohio clubs?

Bobcat sounds cool to me.  I'm assuming you'll be posting some pics of it when it gets in.

I'm not a member of any clubs (unless TradGang counts).  What did Groucho say? I wouldn't join a club that would have me for a member.

North side of Columbus - you?  Actually, if I'm not mistaken, you and I chatted here last year about hunting Deer Creek.  If I remember right, you were hunting the northern bit of that.

South Columbus. It wasn't me although I've thought many times about Deer Creek because it's close. Maybe I'll hit that this year, who knows. Anyway, congrats on the new bow, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on the Halfbreed when you get to shootin' it.

Can't go wrong there!    Craig's a great guy to work with (not to mention it's a Hill).   Congrats!
