Anyone Shoot'n / LeRoy's String

This may be a dumb question,but who is Leroy?

LeRoy Carlson aka Golden Hawk was a Trad Gang Brother. He was a string maker extraordinare.He made strings for quite a few of us folks.Helped us with string questions.Tell him your bow and he knew which type  string would work best.  A friend to many and missed by all. The last bow I had with a LeRoy string on it I no longer own.

I got two of his strings for my J.K. Traditions longbow.First rate product and service.  :thumbsup:I did'nt know he passed till I read this post.He will be missed.

Yep,allready checked,thanks.Kinda short right now[layoffs],but in a few weeks I can pitch in.

I am shooting one on my Quillian Patriot and have 2 more in the package for when this one wears out. LeRoy made some fine strings and was a great person who will be sorely missed. I hope 3 strings will last a long time.
