Your form looks very good to me!
You're friend's form isn't bad, I think he could do with working on dropping his elbow a bit and working on his follow thru. But otherwise, nice shooting!

By the way my friend shot 640 points on 25 meters in competition last weekend.

It looks from this view that back tension, (scapular retraction) is minimal. I think the draw could be substantially improved by pulling that shoulder blade back at terminal draw.
