I find 8" from crotch of handle to string is a good place to start

7 3/4" to 8 1/2"  I like 8 1/4" on mine.

I went through extensive sessions with mine to make it quiet and consistent. Mine is very happy at 7 3/8". I recommend to start at 8 and let your bow find what it likes most with you shooting it. I think they are all different for different people.
