Anyone interested in forming up a small group for an archery golf outing? (Central Wisconsin)
I'm trying to share the cost of gasoline [and share some good times too

I love archery golf...but I am kind of short of cash for gas from Washington to Wisconsin. I wish we had more opportunities here for the sport.
Do you reserve a regular golf course or have open spaces to set up your range/course?

If the date works count me in. Just don't pick an underwater range..
"share a ride" I'll have room for 2.

Tim: Are you thinking about the Archery Golf course near Fond du Lac? Shot it a few times many yearts ago. Had a blast. Hear it's still up and running. I'd be interested. Late July or August are still mostly open.

Ill be watching here to see what is put together. Sounds like a great time. I grew up in Fond du Lac... didnt know there was a course there.
Need to get down to see some friends in Oshkosh and Princeton so if the date works, there's three of us that would be in. Im looking at early August for coming down.
A small tourney maybe?

Is this the range in Mount Morris? I went there as a kid and miss it very much. It was an awesome set-up. I wish I could join guys. I am originally from Fond du Lac and went there a few times each summer and camp there eveysummer for a week or two. I joined the military and have not been there in 22 years. I am glad it is still up and running. Ken

To all that posted - Yes, the archery golf range is near Mt. Morris, Wisconsin. It is a well-designed course. 18 challenging holes. The ones that aren't 220 yards+ are the tricksters [grin].
I'm thinking mid-July, late July, early August? Any of those weekends would work for me, how about you other folks?

Dress code?
What does "Dress Code" mean?
I think at least a loin cloth & a large bottle of 100% DEET should suffice, yes?
Tie optional?

3rd weekend in July (Saturday, July 19th) sounds good here. Maybe camp over, do another round on Sunday?

Okay, it looks like it's going to be July 26th AND/OR July 27th. I'm still working on that "and/or" part so....
What works best for you guys, Saturday or Sunday?
There is some camping available, optional electricity (small fee).
