I used for the first time a Nicholson AXE file. It was 6.50 and cut my grizzlies and the WW that my cohorts were using BEAUTIFULLY.
I am getting a couple of those right away. I highly recommend them.

Kadbow,
I think its about 1 1/4 inches wide, about 8 inches in the tooth area, and about a 4 inch handle section.
If you google, it comes right up. Hang on..I will do it.
Ace Hardware always has my mill bastard- 14 inches long..1 1/2 inches wide.

I bought a Nicholson mill bastard, 12" at Northern Tool, and Hunt, Trap, Fish, is right, check out a farm/ranch supply store especially if they sell horse shoeing tools

Thanks everyone. I found what I need. I like the 160 snuffers and the 14" Nicholson is 1 1/2" wide. Just what I need.
