Can anyone tell me that if a bear 76er has a label that states 45# arrow, if in fact it would be a 45# bow?

Mine is. I've had a couple of them, and that is the way they were marked.

I have one 76er stating 50# arrow but my (calibrated) scale showed a max pull of 45# @28".

Jim, I have two of these. The one that has the stickers still on it reads:
ex.hvy.wgt.deluxe 64"
custom 58" 50# arrow.
It weighs 50#@28" on my scale. Hope that helps.
