Need alittle arrow help.

I have two new longbows coming next week a supershrew and black creek both 47lbs and shooting around a 28.5" arrow. I was looking at ordering some carbon express Heritage shafts and am getting more confused about correct size and point weight by the minute. I normally just shoot 125gr broadheads and fieldtips. I don't know if I should be looking at a 90 or 150 shaft size? Should I be looking at adding more weight up front? Thanks for any`help!

The 90 would be the right one with 125 grain points but that would leave ya with an awfully light arrow. The 150s would be good at 29.5"s but I think you would need around 275 up front out of those bows. As an exampl I shoot the 150s out of my bows from my high performance recurves from 51-54#s with 175 grains up front and cut to 29.5"s. I know a carbonwood 2000 would fly perfect from those set-ups cut to 29.5"s and 175 up front, as they are a bit weaker than the 150s. Shawn

I may be better looking at the Beman MFX I have a friend who is shooting them out of his upper 40's longbow with good flight.
