Dell, I'd hate to see what you consider a monster !can I come shoot some of your cull bucks ? Ontario, I agree with Big Ron , a 5 1/2 year old deer is a trophy does'nt matter his size.

This one is my favorite though as he was 6 1/2 yrs old when I got him and had seen him for 4 yrs.

You fellas have killed some fine bucks.This is my best taken from the ground .He was run down from the rut.
killed this one with a homemade longbow at four yards.
Killed this one at Mudfeathers with the same bow I killed my first trad deer with a llloooonnnngggg time ago.RC

Gotta love the sense of humour from the Kansas, Illinois and Alberta bunch..."not monsters, but..." They'd be state records in Georgia. Of course we don't have to hunt them in 20 below, either!

Here is one from last year. Shot him off the ground at about 10 feet. 65lb Dwyer long bow. I am still grinning....
