I really like mine......now. It took a few years to become friends. I bought it (55#@28)used but it had hardly been shot. When I first got it the hand shock was bad, really bad and that was probaly why I got it so cheap. I kept tuning it and evenully eliminated the handshock. But it didn't take much to get it out of tune which was frustrating and I evenually put it on the shelf. When I started using heavier arrows (700gr+) with my other bows for kicks and giggles I decided to give the martin a try again. Wow!! Did it really like them. It is now a pleasure to shoot and it is also one of my go to bows. It accompanied me on my moose trips last fall as my main stick. Luckily for me I didn't give up on it.
