I traded a Dye for a Schafer about a year ago and the Schafer was decked out with the camphor burl veneers which are very stunning.  That's the only bow I can remember with that.  Try calling them and they might help you out.

Lon,
Pm sent. I talked to Beth today and if it were a take down I'd be good to go. But Dave's building me another one piece.

Mike, Fedora sells huge amounts of riser and limb woods of all types. Give Mike or Jason a call.

Contact  West Penn Hardwoods , if they don't have it, they can get it. Great customer service, they'll pick out what you want and send you pics of pieces for you to choose from.

Yep, some have that equipment...but after looking at the prices on the veneer supplies website Gregg posted I'm not sure it would be worth the trouble. Pretty awesome website

I've never done veneers cause i don't build bows, but I have sourced 3-4 pieces of wood for risers on bows I had built and some other scrap pieces for knife scales etc. from West Penn.

That veneer website is awesome. Some beautiful woods listed on it.
