Awesome!  I wish I could do one like that.  Geez, I had problems cutting my watermelon today.  Very, very nice.

Hey Slabsides,

I camp in Newport at a campground and hunt during the second week of rifle season,I actually hunt in Etna and stetson.I shot my biggest buck in Stetson in 2000,he was a brute!
A good clean kill or a good clean miss...I thank the Lord for both!

I guess if I put my mind to it, I could take a deer in my back yard here. Nice not to have to travel and camp.
Lots of deer in Stetson: buddy of my son's had family there, old dude used to pot his deer every year with a Luger in his back yard. No archer, him!

a geat looking bow,  it must also be named by you. something like firstlight or killdeer.

I just wish I had the ability to make a bow like that. But being 66 years young and a physical challenged archer. My days of learning how to do new things seems to be limited. Not for a lack of want but for a lack of how to gain I am sure the years of skill you must have to build a bow like that.

May you have many years of joy with your new bow,
please let us know what you name your new stick or post a photo of your first kill with it...
