Cheech, you will get a ton of answers. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes. I have shot most all of the big name T/Ds out there. I like Robertsons and Marriahs, Dale Dye and Schaffers, but my favorite is RER bows T/Ds. The are very quick and quiet and their customer service is second to none. Jack Kempf also make a Kwyk Styk that is right up there as well. Shawn

For me its Black Widow.  I shoot their td recurves better than any others.  No need to send the riser back in to get another set of limbs made.  That said, one of these days I gotta get my hands on a Rose Oak.  The "prototype" shown on another thread just looks fantastic.  I like it even more so than the Wildcat...Mike

I shoot a Ron Pittsley Predator and love it and think that it would be right up there plus the Chek-mate hunter 2 is a awesome value for money bow.

Morison for me, they are pricey but they perform.  That said, there are a lot of good solid bows out there for less money.

Norm Johnson's Blacktail Elite VL is my favorite. They're pricey and I waited 13 months for mine. Within the next two weeks, I'm going to be ordering a Brackenbury Legend from Bill Howland. The Legend will take 14 months before I receive it and it'll be pricey too. The Blacktail was close to $1000 and so will be the Brackenbury.

When it comes to versatility no one has even come close to the Bear magnesium TD's.. true TD, no tools required, 3 optional grips, optional built in sight, True center shot, Off the shelf or factory furnished elevated brush rest with adjustable side plate. risers available in three lengths and limbs in three lengths. Old riser with old limbs will hold their own with any B50 strung bow, new limbs and FF strings they hang tough with the new HP crowd.. Did I say tough as nails too?

Brackenburys, Morrisons, and Blacktails all get my vote for favorite 3 piece recurves. There are a number of other really good ones, but none that I have shot so far that I like as well. Each of the three I listed have different feels, but I like them all very much. I used to exclusively shoot recurves, but after trying several hybrid 3 piece longbows, I find I like them too. The Brackenbury Non-Typical, the Morrison Shawnee, and the ACS CX are at the top of my list of the 3 piece longbows. I just got a Holm-Made two piece longbow from Chad Holm (a TradGang sponser) that is also a top notch bow -- very light, fast, smooth, and accurate. I will be posting pictures and a review of the bow soon. I am impressed!

If you are looking for the smoothest shooting 3 piece recurve I have ever shot, I would have to say it is a Morrison Cheyenne with the foam core, black fiberglass limbs. My Brackenbury Quests are outstanding and really can't be beat overall. Finally, Norm Johnson's Blacktails are probably the prettiest bows made, and they shoot very well too. If I could only own one 3 piece recurve bow for hunting, I would have to pick either a Quest or a Cheyenne. I could not go wrong with either one.

Rose Oak, Habu, and Hoyt Gamemaster so far. I have owned or shot a lot of the others (Bw, Marriah, Silvertip, RER, etc.) but in my hands these have been the best of the best so far (but I do have an assenheimer due in February). There is no one answer-some folks feel widows are tops-you couldn't give one away to me. Some folks feel Silvertip, Marriah, and RER are the best- I sold all 3 and have no regrets... Good Luck!!
