Update On Zona T/D Recurve
« on: July 21, 2008, 10:36:00 AM »
I had Bill at Zona Archery build a second set of limbs for my T/D recurve.  The Bocote veneers on the second set of limbs are unreal.  Below is a couple pics of the riser and the two sets of limbs.  The new limbs is the set on the right in both pictures.

That second set of limbs are sickening.lol.  I love Bocote, its my favorite.   How does this bow stack up to some of your others that you've had?

With all factors considered, I would place it in the top 5.  Those factors would be quality of construction, shooting qualities and price.  It is a very well built bow, it shoots great and it is unbelievably under priced, IMHO.

Bill's bows are beautifull.  I hope to buy one or 2 by next year before everyone knows about him.
