Arrow weight how to.....
« on: July 23, 2008, 10:37:00 PM »
I'm new to this so bear with me! I finally found a good arrow combo to shoot out of my lb, 29" GG .500, 3-5" gateway feathers. I am shooting darts with 145 grain fp's. Total arrow weight is around 492 grains. I would really like to shoot a little more weight than this, what should I do to beef up this setup?

Thanks in advance!

You can add rope of the right diameter from the hardware store, aquarium tubing. I'm sure there are other things you can put in there to bump it up.
