Alright yawl I looked up the info in here on how to sharpen my brand new grizzly heads and found great post in the how to section and went home last night and got 3 of them sharp enough to shave my arm hair BUT the points are NOT to a sharp point??? Is this ?NORMAL? If so it sure seems weird
but I am guessing it ain't right as we say round here? any help

I would say that if you got any part of a grizzly sharp enough to shave, you're better than I. I know others will chime in on how easy they are to sharpen, but I found the grizzly and HH broadhead two of the toughest for me.

It probably had something to do with your sharpening technique. I wouldn't worry about it since it has been shown that a needle-like point is prone to bending anyway.

i sharpen the point as well, you can reduce the angle of the tanto point if you want to but it is not absolutely necessary.
I file a litte bit on the unsharpened part of the point on both sides, a four sided point is the result. This makes it a "cut on contact tanto tip"
right now you have a "non cut on contact tanto tip"
here is a thread i started that is somewhat similar to this one and should help clear this up some more, pay close attention to the post by Dave2old
