Does anyone know where I can find 200 grn. inserts that'll fit into Gold Tips ?

I don't think they make them, only 50 and 100...they do make 75, 100, and 125 gr steel BH inserts...some combination will likely get you where you want to be.
Oh...3 Rivers has all hte stuff mentioned above.

You can use there weight system (weights screw into the back of the insert) I have used it before and it works well. Very tuneable. Thay have 5,10,30,and 50 grain weights. They have an adaptor that screws in the back of the incert (10 grains) and the weights screw into the back of that.

I fya are looking to add something like 325 grain to the tip of the arrow ya can use 100 grain brass insert and 100 grain broadhead adapter than a 125 point. Shawn
