arow holder help
«

Could someone please post a picture on how they use a rubber band and matchstick for a arrow holder. I had a pin in the back of my old recurve that did the same thing but I don't want to start drilling holes in my new bow. Thanks for the help.

Thank you guys. Whip you showed that to me in TX but I couldn't remember how it worked. Thanks again. Kip what is that made of? I like the looks of it also. Going on a bear hunt in a few weeks and I hate climbing back dow a tree to retrieve an arrow. I will use your suggestions tonight and put something together.
Thanks for the help.

I love the toothpick idea, but thought the beauty of it was that it would fall away as the arrow is drawn back. Try as I might it hangs on all the way to full draw. I certainly don't want to shoot though it. What am I missing?

Stinger:
Do you have the "knotted" part to the front of the shelf (away from you)? May also want to try rolling the rubber band some.
