Emma's Bread-St Jude's Coup

In the mail last weekend arrived a special package containing zucchini bread and strawberry preserves. The bread was a scrumptious treat and the strawberry was divine. I would post some pictures, but who wants to see an empty jar? If this delectable double is offered next year, I advise all to get in on the bidding. Thanks Emma!

I had my loaf of Emma's banana bread and jar of strawberry jam personally delivered to us at Denton Hill last weekend - what a treat! You're right Gregg. This was one of the best deals on St. Jude's this year.
Thank you Emma!

Emma, I think you need to make bigger loafs...your Dad, TJ, Kevin, Whip, Irene, Lenny, Herb, and myself descended on your Banana Bread like a pack of wolves! It was scrumptious
What a treat to have it hand delivered to our camp site at Denton. Manny many thanks...Doc

Thank you all! Every time I bake, everyone keeps eating it until it is gone!!! Sorry it took so long, I ran out of bananas really fast. I will offer my bread again next year.
By the way, my mom, Connie, Trad Gang member Zinnia, made the jam. We eat some jam just about everyday!!!
Thank you all again,
Emma :-)

I'll eat the jam his Sunday with my "Big Breakfast" feast biscuits.
Thanks Emma, good stuff!!
