Broad head target
« on: July 30, 2008, 02:52:00 PM »
With moose season only 11 days away I need to tune up my broad heads. Is there a way to build one instead of buying one. I stuck some in a bale and had a hell of a time getting them out.

God I hate going to town.

Big, soft pile of sand makes for the best broadhead target out there...

HAve a lake or a pond nearby? Shoot at a floating leaf, as long as you don't hit a stump you don't even have to resharpen them

I've used cardboard ya just need to figure out how many layer's are needed to stop your set up and then unscrew them to remove them. It's kinda a pain in the neck.

I know ya didn't wanna buy one.....but LOL it's the easiest way AND it supports your local economy/archery shop
Shoot straight and have FUN!!
