Does anyone know what size uni-nock bushings fit into the Grizzlystik Sitka?

It will fit all the grizzlysticks and Arrow dynamic shafts that I know of, except for maybe the Mag shafts.

Is there an advantage in using the uni-nocks with the Grizzly Stiks over the tunable nocks they come with?
Just wondering, I just finished my Sitkas and hope I didn't miss something!
Thanks,
John
