Kudos to Braveheart archery
« on: August 04, 2008, 01:49:00 PM »
Here is an email from Braveheart archery I got:

"Just an update, your Grizzlies and points shipped Monday morning.  Thanks again and have a great season!

Tim Harms @ Braveheart Archery"

I made the order SUNDAY NIGHT: SHIPPED MONDAY morning!

Tim is standup and has great customer service, good to see this kinda service.

There cannot be enough good things said about Braveheart.  Their shipping and communication are spot on.

I agree.  I placed my first order with them this weekend.  This morning I received a similar email from Braveheart, informing me that my order had already shipped!
Talk about great service!!

I'll second those comments about Tim and Braveheart. I've ordered several dozen heads from Tim this year and they always have been shipped the next day. Since I'm local I have them in two -three days. Willing to help a guy out also. Good guy to answer your questions and supply truthful opinions.

I must be their biggest fan!!  Try ordering stuff from the other side of the world and then you will know what getting jerked around is all about.

I Have had so many dodgy deals and much bad service from companies in the States.  However Tim stands head and shoulders above them all.

As if that's not good enough - then he goes and partners up with the best dang bowyer this side of Lah Lah land.  Jim and Tim are a real quality act.  I hate ordering bows off anybody else now cause nobody answers my emails or gets straight onto it like Jim does - he's a legend.

Ditto what has already been said. I ordered some STOS last year and had them in my hand 2 days later. I plan to order some Stingers soon from them.
