horne`s combo longbow brace height

Hi all...

just got me a (used)horne combo longbow T/D with a brush grip/riser.Its 64" 48#@28" I`m not quite sure about the recomended brace height with this grip. Any sugggestions anyone?

Just sent you an e-mail but I'll post the info here too.

I have the twin of your bow, only it is 52# at 28"!

Recommended brace height for this bow is 7.25-7.5 inches as measured from the string to the throat of the grip (deepest part of the grip).  Mine shoots very quiet in this brace height range.

I liked it at 7 inches too..
Ishi was a Californian                   :cool:
