I am shooting AD trad lites wood grain cut to 29.25 and 150 gr heads in my 47lb at 27" Supershrew. They fly very good. I cut some back to 27.5" they didn't fly as well then. I think they would be fine if you keep them 29" or longer. The Beman mfx 500's also shot well at 29.25" inches in my bow and 125gr head. I have not tried them with 150gr head as of yet. I treid carbon express classic 90" cut at 28.5" with 125gr and 150gr heads could not get them to fly in my Shrew but the fly perfect in my 48lb black creek longbow.I think most all carbons work better cut long so don't order them to short you can always cut one back to test out but you can't add it back after cutting.

I have a Bob Lee 45@28 I'm shooting easton epic 600's cut to 28.5 with 200grns. up front. I haven't killed a whitetail yet but I did kill a hog with them, I was using a Fedora Xtreme 50@28.

Shrews seem to take 10-15lb more spine than most bows. Ron will tell you that for sure. I like the Carbon Express Heritage 150's out of my 55lb Shrew Scout Recurve. I have even shot the 250's out of it with 250grains up front.

I would try a long CE Heritage 150 and play with point weight. If it is too stiff no matter how much weight you put up front, then drop down to the CE Heritage 90 full length and again play with point weight till it will shoot. JMHO

Shooting the AD Trad Lites in my Horne's TD Brushbow.  It is 45@27" and I have found these arrows (29")fly great with a 200gr field point and give me 525 gr for 11.6 gr/pound of pull.  I'm new to archery and found the AD Lites rather simple to tune for.  Wish you the best in your search.
